HDI-Led High-Complexity PCB Manufacturer

About HSX

HSX (Hua Sheng Xin) is a Shenzhen-based PCB manufacturer focused on the hard boards — any-layer HDI, high-layer-count, RF, high-speed, rigid-flex and heavy copper — for engineers in North America and Europe. Low-volume, fast-turn, engineering-led.

What We Do

We specialize in high-complexity, low-volume, fast-turnaround PCBs. Any-layer HDI is our flagship, extended across high layer count, RF/high-frequency, high-speed, rigid-flex, heavy copper, metal core and backplane constructions — including HDI rigid-flex.

Engineering-Led & Co-Development

We focus on the boards high-volume houses turn away — and for designs beyond standard process windows, our engineers co-develop a manufacturable solution with your team. A pre-production engineering system standardizes stackup, impedance, DFM and engineering queries, so issues are caught before fabrication.

Proof: on a wearable HDI rigid-flex board, we re-engineered the stackup and lifted assembly yield from 60% to 95%.
